Ingredients
4-5 Tinda Indian round gourd or apple gourd or Indian Baby Pumpkin
1 boiled Potato
3-4 tsp roasted Besan(chickpea flour)
1 -finely green chilli
1/2 tsp -cumin
1/2 tsp -red chilli pwdr
1/2 tsp -Coriende pwdr
1/2 tsp -Sauf
1/2 tsp -Salt
1/2 tsp -Turmeric
1 tbsp -Oil
1 tsp kasuri methi(Fenugreek seeds)
Method
Peel Tinda skin .Boiled Tinda and sliced potato to in pressure cooker for 1 vissel .
Cut the tinda in half and with the help of spoon take out seeds and mix in filling batter .
Make the filling batter by mixing Potato,besan and all spices.
Put this filling in the tinda shells
Warm oil put this tinda filling side towards the pan .on lw to medium Flame
For 5 min .
Then turn and put it again for 5 min.
Tips
You can roast it in oven to at 350 deg for 15 -20 min .
Adding peanut paste is also a good option.
Any the filling can be tried out .
