Green Onion

Ingredients
 2 bunch Green Onion
1 med size Potato
1 Green Chilli Chopped
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Red Chilli pwder
1/2 tsp Coriender pwder
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp Salt
Pinch Asfoetida
1 tsp oil
Method
In warm oil add the cumin seed then all the spices paste  .
Add potato and cut onions  .
Put 3/4 cup of water .
Let it cook for 10 min on med -low flame
Stir in between .
Tips
Finely cut veggies and  low flame cooked veggies always taste good .
Its always good to make a paste of all dry spices by adding water to prevent from burning spices .
The amount of water may be decrease or increase.
Its good to cook green veggies uncovered to intact the colour.
