Spices - Chilli powder ,Coriander powder,Turmeric powder, Salt , Sugar ,Tea, Black pepper powder(kali mirch),Cumin(jeera), Asfoetida(hing) ,Cardamom(Elachi),Cloves(Laung),Black Salt(kala namak) ,Mustard Seeds(Rai),Oregano(Ajwain),
Samolina flour(Suji),Chickpea Flour(Besan) ,Rice ,Wheat flour ,Few lentils(Daal),
Keep these thing handy - Dry fruit powder(Cashew,Few Saffron strands , Almond , Coconut, Raisins) ,Vanilla Essence , Coco Powder, Tomato ketchup,Dry mint leaves , Lemon juice ,

Shakes -
Take any fruit(papaya,strawberry,cherry,banana,chocolate) blend in the mixer add milk,vanilla esence and cardamom,dry fruit powder ,1 tsp sugar serve and drink
Daal (Pulses)- Take any lentil soak in water for 10 min then in the cooker take water 1/2 cup lentil 2 cup water, add coriender powder , turmeric powder,salt
