Chana dal (dalbhari) Parantha

This is something I love when My MIL the magical taste of her hand  still young on my buds .It is famous in UP household.


Ingredients 
1/2 cup Chana Dal
1 green chilli 
1 garlic clove 
pinch cumin 
Pinch Asafoetida 
1/2 tsp Ginger paste 
Salt 
Chat masala 
Method 
filling 
Boil chana dal with garlic clove .1-2 vissel 
Let the water strain  
Add the spices n coarsely grind the dal 
Roll the dough balls thicker in the center and cover it (no openings )
Roll the filled ball 
Bake it on skillet and serve with curd and chutney
